The changes of mechanical properties and biological activities of monomeric erythrocytes are studied using optical tweezers micromanipulation technology. Firstly, the mechanical properties of irradiated erythrocyte membranes are obtained. Weaker power laser irradiation can delay the decay of the mechanical properties of erythrocytes and promote the biological activity of erythrocytes, while higher power laser irradiation damages erythrocytes. The stronger the laser irradiation is, the more obvious and rapid the damage will be. The temperature of the cell surface will be changed by regulating the laser power and irradiation time, so the biological functions of erythrocyte can be controlled. Secondly, the finite element simulation of the temperature change on the cell surface under the condition of laser irradiation is carried out using simulation software, and the precise temperature of the cell surface irradiated cumulatively by a laser with different powers is obtained. Finally, the processes of abscission, unfolding, and denaturation of hemoglobins in erythrocytes at different temperatures due to the photothermal effect are analyzed using the model. The mechanism of laser irradiation on the elasticity of erythrocyte membranes is also obtained.

We studied Goos–H nchen (GH) shifts on a reflective phase-gradient-produced metasurface. Their analytical solutions were achieved for both TE and TM polarizations utilizing the generalized Snell’s law. The calculated results show that the GH shifts are evidently affected by phase gradients and incident angles, which means that a certain range of GH shifts can be realized as long as an incident angle, phase gradient, and frequency are properly chosen. This offers an effective method for the control of GH shifts.

实验获得了激光照射红细胞悬液的荧光光谱,并分别监测不同荧光峰值波长处强度随时间的衰变过程,测试了其相应的荧光寿命。结果表明,在波长为407 nm的激光照射下,红细胞悬液向外发射中心波长分别位于596,628,692 nm的荧光光谱,各荧光峰对应衰变过程的平均荧光寿命分别为1.97,13.31,14.58 ns。利用荧光强度和吸收率的加和性表示了混合物的总吸收率和总荧光发射强度,通过理论计算获得了红细胞悬液中锌卟啉、原卟啉和其他游离物参与荧光发射的相对含量和相对强度在不同荧光峰位的变化关系,进一步解释了不同峰位处荧光发射强度和平均荧光寿命的变化原因。

对三聚氰胺溶液和含三聚氰胺的奶粉溶液在紫外光激励下产生的荧光光谱进行了实验研究。讨论了其产生机理和谱线特性,并对奶粉溶液和含三聚氰胺奶粉溶液的荧光光谱进行了纵坐标比值变换分析。结果表明,三聚氰胺溶液在波长为240 nm左右的紫外光激励下能产生较强的荧光,荧光峰分别位于350 nm 和370 nm附近;在同一波长紫外光激励下,含三聚氰胺奶粉溶液与奶粉溶液的荧光光谱相比,荧光主峰位置由328 nm变为350 nm,其他荧光峰的位置基本保持不变,荧光相对强度在370 nm处最大。

Fluorescence spectra of acetic acid-water solution excited by ultraviolet (UV) light are studied, and the relationship between fluorescence spectra and molecular association of acetic acid is discussed. The results indicate that when the exciting light wavelength is longer than 246 nm, there are two fluorescence peaks located at 305 and 334 nm, respectively. By measuring the excitation spectra, the optimal wavelengths of the two fluorescence peaks are obtained, which are 258 and 284 nm, respectively. Fluorescence spectra of acetic acid-water solution change with concentrations, which is primarily attributed to changes of molecular association of acetic acid in aqueous solution. Through theoretical analysis, three variations of molecular association have been obtained in acetic acid-water solution, which are the hydrated monomers, the linear dimers, and the water separated dimers. This research can provide references to studies of molecular association of acetic acid-water, especially studies of hydrogen bonds.

The ultraviolet (UV) light excited fluorescence spectra of ethanol-water mixture with different concentrations are investigated by derivative fluorimetry. It is found that there are 8 types of luminescent cluster molecules, formed by ethanol and water molecules in different ways, existing in the solution. The peak wavelengths of all these clusters’ fluorescence spectra are measured and their contents are obtained by measuring the peak values in the second derivative fluorescence spectra. The spectra corresponding to the 8 types of clusters are obtained by Gaussian decomposition. It is found that two kinds of cluster molecules whose peak wavelengths are 330 and 345 nm have an optimal excitation wavelength located at (236+-3) nm. This research contributes to the study of ethanol-water cluster structures and their physical and chemical characteristics.
